There are no refunds and cancellations may occur up to 48 hrs of event. Dates are transferable pending balloon artist availability and if balance has been paid in full. Please contact us with any questions about our policies.

Deposit
25% deposit is REQUIRED to book your date. The deposit is non refundable. In the event of unforseen circumstances, deposits can be transferred to an another available pending approval of Balloon Artist.
