How long will my balloons last?
If your balloons are outside in extreme heat/cold or rain, we cannot guarantee outdoor decor for more than 1-3 days. If your balloons are in direct sunlight it is possible that they will only last the day and could pop or shrivel due to intense heat. If your balloons are inside they can last up to 3 weeks!
How much advance do you need?
We recommend contacting us to check our availability as soon as you decide to use our services. Balloon columns and small garlands for pickup can be made on shorter notice. Please note that we do only take a limited amount of balloon orders each weekend so please reach out to secure your date in advance.
Can you do rush orders?
Yes, when our schedule allows we can do rush orders. There is a $25 fee for 24 hour notice rush orders.
Do you have backdrops for rent?
Yes, we offer several different styles of backdrops that can be rented as part of our balloon services. We would be happy to recommend styles of backdrops that would be best suited for your event.
Do you deliver balloons?
I will save you the headache and deliver your balloons for you! Delivery is included for all orders over $100 and there is a $25 fee for all deliveries outside of a 20 mile radius.
