How long will my balloons last?

If your balloons are outside in extreme heat/cold or rain, we cannot guarantee outdoor decor for more than 1-3 days. If your balloons are in direct sunlight it is possible that they will only last the day and could pop or shrivel due to intense heat. If your balloons are inside they can last up to 2 weeks! 

How much advance notice do you need?

We recommend booking at least 3-4 weeks in advance. However, we may be able to accommodate last-minute requests depending on schedule. Just reach out to check our availability!

What's the deposit and cancellation policy?

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. If you need to cancel the deposit may be transferred to a new date, subject to availability.

Do you have backdrops for rent?

Yes, we offer several different styles of backdrops that can be rented as part of our balloon services. We would be happy to recommend styles of backdrops that would be best suited for your event.

Do you deliver and set up?

Yes! We provide delivery and professional setup for all events. An installation fee applies and events located more than 20 miles from our service area will incur an additional travel fee.

Pricing varies based on the size, design, colors, and installation requirements. Contact us with your event details and inspiration photos and we will create a custom quote for your celebration.
